New web site

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas.  I just wanted to say a huge 

THANK YOU 

to everyone who has supported us throughout the past few months since we launched.

Just a quick update, the current website is down, whilst the domain name is transferred to a new web provider, this will allow us to provide better offers/sales as well as making the browsing experience much easier.

As the site is currently down, we have loads of items on our FACEBOOK page most of which are discounted, some by up to 50%.

When the new site launches we will be bringing lots of exciting new products and ranges.

December's Challenge - Christmas

The first of December has rolled round quickly, which means it's time for a new challenge.

Paper Smooches Zoo Crew

Still loving making these lil fun note cards.  Here is one I have made using Paper Smooches Scallop Notebook Die as the base of the card, I also used Paper Smooches Zoo Crew stamp set.

Paper pieced, all the papers used are scraps : ) coloured with copics.

If your in the USA, you can buy Paper Smooches stamps and dies direct from them.  Or if your here in the not so sunny UK, you can buy them from Craft Mojo.

Black and bright.

Here is a fun shaped card I have made using spellbinders decorative elements lacy ovals as the base.

 

I am enjoying making smaller shaped cards at the mo.

 

I coloured in the the white card with bright stripes then spread over a load of glossy accents with my finger so it was a thin, smooth layer, before cutting out the oval shape, then the hello. 

I have since notice it is missing a sparkly gem!

To make his card I used:

Spectrum Noir markers.  

Glossy accents - smothered over the coloured background, it's very shiny in real life.

Happy Christmas poinsettia.

Here is a card I have made using Paper Smooches new Christmas Poinsettia Die, and Christmas Words die.  I cut out the Poinsettia from felt from my stash, the center is a beautiful sparkly dazzler (looks so pretty in real life) from Creative Expressions. I added a load of stickles to the words.  The snowflakes are from the following Paper Smooches stamp sets.  All Yule Need,  & Merry Motifs.

Less is More V Strictly

Here is a card I made whilst watching strictly - inspired by sequins and bling.  I shall enter it into the Less is more challenge from my own blog.  

I have seen this technique floating round blog land for a while and fancied giving it a go!

I stamped the Hero Arts image using Hero Arts Unicorn Hero Hues ink pad, then heat embossed it with white embossing powder.   

I thin coloured it with copics, added some sparkly gems, and used a sentiment from this MFT set.

I defo need more practice at this technique, but it was good fun,
