Cute Critter!

Hey, it's Rebecca and I'm back for a second time this week. This little guy was made using a MFT stamp set (Cute Critters) that is still in that are still in stock over on the Craft Mojo website and is available with 30%off!!!!

So this was a very simple card to make, I stamped the images and then just coloured them in,  ta-da!!!

I Love you!

Morning, happy Craft Mojo Monday!!! I'm still on a love theme at the moment, but today's card is super cute too.

To make this card I started out my cutting a circle, stitched aperture using the circle die from the MFT Blueprints 18 set and stuck a sheet of Doodlebug paper on the inside of the card so it would show through. I also used the straight stitched die from the Paper Smooches Stitched dies set.

Next I made the dog who is holding the banner. To do this I stamped the banner  from the Paper Smooches Blissful Banner set using Tuxedo Black Memento ink (leaving two tiny gaps across the top) and then masked over it and then over stamped the dog. The cute little dog is from the Paper Smooches Cubby Chums set. 

I positioned the image just so his little hands overlapped the banner where I'd left the little gaps. I used a fine liner pen to fill in any little gaps of bits of the image there were missing or not overly crisp. I coloured the bog and added shading to the banner using Copic Ciao markers- available from Craft Mojo by request- just drop Sally and email with your colour choices!!

Finally, I fussy-cut the dog and banner and attached it over the window and then added a few Paper Smooches die cut hearts and a length go Doodlebug twine. oh I also added a little bit of Glossy Accents to the hearts.

Eye love you!

Hello, happy Monday! It's Rebecca back today with a Craft Mojo DT card. 

Today's card has been CASed from this one I found on Pintrest- isn't it an adorable idea?

I cut the hole in the front of the card first and then used a stamp aligning tool to place the monster inside the card. Next I coloured him in and then added the die cut words to the front of the card.

Supplies:

Stamps- Taylored Expressions- Monster Party 

Dies- Paper Smooches Alphabet and Paper smooches Love word

Other- coloured card, Clear WOS, Tombow Multi glue, wobbly eye, Promarkers 

I must remember this idea for valentines cards next year!

Love a cuppa!

Morning, Rebecca here again with a little gift card holder. 

My hubby and I love going for a lazy brew on a Sunday afternoon so I thought I'd make him a little gift card with a voucher for our local coffee shop.

This project has been made using the Papersmooches "Hot Concoctions" stamp set. I've stamped the "boy" cup using Black Memento ink onto some DP from the Echo Park "All about a boy" 6x6 paper pad and the "girl" cup on a sheet from the Carta Bella True Friends 6x6 pad. I've added some googly eyes to each of the faces on the cups too. (I don't think you can tell but on the "girl" cup I cut the handle off the right-hand side and moved over to the left so the cups sat better together.)

The base of the card has been created with another sheet from the Carta Bella True Friends 6x6 pad. The DP originally had the word friendship but I've covered it up with a Papersmooches "love" sentiment from the "Simply Sent" set. I've cut the flowers out from a second sheet to add a decoupage look, a seam binding bow and an adorable little tea pot charm. 

On the inside I used some more patterned papers and created the little card pocket for the gift card. 

So, there you go- hopefully hubby doesn't see this before I give it too him!
