Merry Christmas Wreath

Morning, Happy Monday- can't believe we are well on our way through October and as much as I hate to say it we really do need to get making Christmas cards.

Today I have a lovely clean and simple card using the Wplus9 Woodland Wreath stamp and die set. It's such a beautiful and elegant set, perfect for making effortless yet stylish cards.

I used Memento Love Letter ink for the red berries and Hero Arts Forever Green and Green Hills. To embellish the wreath I added a few red gems and a lick of Wink of Stella here and there!

Vicky here today to share with you my card using some of September's MFT release...

I have used the gorgeous Fresh Cut Flower dies and some of the Bazzill  Card Shoppe card to make the pretty bouquet...

Close up of the flowers....and I added some Doodlebug Sprinkles too..

and the background was created using the Diagonal Bars Stencil and embossing it and the tag is from Tag Talk die set

Best Wishes Butterfly

Happy Saturday!

I've used that fab MFT grid background again, and teamed it with a Paper Smooches stitched tag and sweet little vellum butterfly.

I cut the grid die 4 times and layered it up to make it really stand out from the pink card underneath.  It doesn't show well in the photo, but everything was sprayed with Heidi Swapp spritz, so it's got a lovely subtle shimmer.

Hello, Sally here.  

Today I have a halloween card I have made, it's quite cute in real life (if I do say so myself) I still take bad photo's as you can tell!

The Doodlebug papers are so cute.  It's really not a spooky card at all.

 

To make this card I cut the little spider out 3 times to give him a bit of dimension.  Also added Black wink of stella to the spiders web.

I used the following products:  Bazzill Card Shope Card in Juicy Pear and Black Licorice.  MFT Die-namics Spooky Window, Paper Smooches Haloween Icons, Doodlebug Sequins, Some Judikins window plastic to create the aperture, and some googly eyes from my stash.

Fresh Cut Flowers again...

Hello, Lisa here with another card for this week... well, I just had to play with those fab MFT flower dies again!

I cut the grid die twice - once from plain grey card, once from grey card stamped with the Fine Check Background, and then just pieced it back together.

Hey FOXY!

Morning, Rebecca here, sorry about my absence last week but I'm back today to share a card made using some stamps from the MFT September release which is of course available in the Craft Mojo shop. This adorable stamp set is called Cute Critters. 

I've stamped the sentiment straight onto the Marshmallow Bazzill Card Shoppe base card using black Archival ink. Then I stamped the foxy and tree stump using Distress ink and fussy cut them out. To colour the images I used a water brush to pick up more distress ink- I love how the ink has given such an intense colour but still allowed me to create shade (doesn't the head of the fox look 3d?). Incase you were wondering in order to paint with my Distress inks I just squidge a bit of the ink from the ink pad onto an acrylic block and then pick it up with a waterbrush or damp paint brush.

To finish I gently curved the tree stump and fox and attached them to card using black foam pads, and to ground the images I added a little shading, again using a waterbrush a Distress inks.
